Overview
A ready-to-use kit for the detection of African swine fever virus (ASFV) by real-time PCR, for the diagnosis of African swine fever. Contains an endogenous internal positive control (IPC) and an exogenous internal control (IC). Validated by the Spanish CSF/ASF National Reference Laboratory (INIA).
- Developed in compliance with U47-600-2 (AFNOR) and validated by the Spanish NRL (INIA)
- Ready-to-use blue Master Mix — thaws quickly and is easy to identify
- Two controls — exogenous and endogenous IPC — high-quality results on all matrices, even the most difficult ones
- Pooling of up to 3 or 5 samples following the EU ASF reference laboratory (EURL CISA-INIA) recommendations
- Export version of the kit — for markets outside France
