Overview
A ready-to-use kit for the detection of avian and swine Influenza A virus genomes by real-time PCR, for the diagnosis of avian and swine influenza. Contains an endogenous internal positive control (IPC) and an exogenous internal control (IC). Validated by the French Avian Influenza National Reference Laboratory (ANSES, Ploufragan).
- Developed following U47-600-2 (AFNOR) and validated by the French Avian Influenza NRL (ANSES)
- Ready-to-use blue Master Mix — thaws quickly and is easy to identify
- Two controls — exogenous and endogenous IPC; the endogenous IPC is verified on a wide range of species, wildlife included
