Overview
A ready-to-use kit for the differential detection (DIVA) of wild-type and Neethling vaccine strains of Lumpy Skin Disease virus (LSDV) by real-time PCR, for the diagnosis of Lumpy Skin Disease in cattle. Contains an endogenous internal positive control (IPC).
- DIVA V2 triplex kit, developed in accordance with French standard U47-600-2 (AFNOR)
- Ready-to-use blue Master Mix — thaws quickly and is easy to identify
- Fast differentiation of naturally infected (clade 1.2) and vaccinated animals (clade 1.1 — Neethling vaccine); PCR programme under 1 hour
- Recombinant strains (clade 2.5) are classified as wild-type — consistent with the epidemiological reality
- Equal sensitivity of both detection systems — vaccine (FAM) and wild-type (VIC) strains
- Easy-to-read results and a built-in endogenous control of sample quality and absence of inhibition
