Overview
A Genetic PCR Solutions® set of target-specific reagents for the genetic detection of African swine fever virus by loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). The assay design is based on licensed IRTA-CReSA technology.
Each single tube already contains a dehydrated mix of primers, polymerase, dNTPs, fluorescent dye and buffer — just add LAMP buffer and the sample. The reaction runs for 25 minutes at 65 °C, the signal is read in the SYBR/FAM channel, and the Genie® Lite melt curve confirms product specificity.
The kit contains: 96 MONODOSE-LAMP® tubes, LAMP buffer (2 × 1.2 mL), DNase/RNase-free water (500 µL), positive control and template buffer (150 µL).
